These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Website and the services offered through it, in particular the reservation and contact forms. By accessing or using the Website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Dutch version (Nederlands) prevails.

2. Scope of the Terms

These Terms apply to:

• Your browsing and use of the Website and its content;
• Submitting a reservation request through the online reservation form;
• Submitting questions or requests through the contact form;
• The processing of personal data collected via the Website, as described in the privacy-related sections below.

These Terms do not govern your on-site visit to the restaurant, nor any offline services that may be subject to additional or different terms communicated directly in the restaurant.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website in a lawful and reasonable manner, and in particular to:

• Not attempt to damage, overload or impair the Website or the underlying infrastructure;
• Not attempt to obtain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, server or related systems;
• Not use the Website to distribute malicious software or unlawful content;
• Not impersonate any other person.

The Website is provided for information and reservation/contact purposes only and is intended for individuals of at least 16 years old. If you are younger than 16, you should only use the Website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Reservation and contact forms

4.1 Reservation form

The Website provides an own reservation form that allows you to request a table at Vishoek. The following data are requested:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Message (free text, e.g. date, time, number of guests, special requests)

The information you submit is stored in our database and a copy is sent by email to our internal mailbox. Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from us (for example by email, SMS or phone). Submitting a reservation request through the Website does not guarantee availability.

4.2 Contact form

The Website also provides a contact form to send us questions or requests. The form collects the following data:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Subject
• Message

The information you submit is stored in our database and a copy is sent by email to our internal mailbox. We will use this information only to respond to your request and to manage our relationship with you.

5. Personal data & privacy (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with applicable Belgian and European data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

These service providers act as processors and only process personal data on our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
